Employee Information

Why should I report?

When an employee comes across evidence of fraud or misconduct in the workplace, the decision to report it can be difficult. While it may be the right thing to do, making an anonymous report can ease the mind of the employee.  Allowing them to "do the right thing" without fear of retaliation.  Most people will "do the right thing" if they trust who they are telling.

If my Report is anonymous, why do you ask for my name?

iTrustFactor has an agreement with employers that we will NOT disclose the name of the anonymous reporter to the employer.  We ask your name and contact information so that we can act as an intermediary between the company and the reporter if necessary.  In some cases, the employer may need additional information to conduct a thorough investigation and we will followup with the reporter to gain that information if it is available.

How do I know my report was taken seriously by my employer?

When someone reports a wrong-doing to iTrustFactor , they are assigned a trusted code.  The person that reported the incident can use that code to contact iTrustFactor and get updates as to what the company has done to investigate the allegation.  The person who make the report can make inquiries directly to iTrustFactor.
